Matt's 12th birthday

I can't believe that Matt is already 12 years old! He's growing up so fast and he's nearly as tall as Amanda. Unfortunately, he is overweight. He is currently on a weight management programme. However, instead of losing weight Matt is putting on more weight. Well, at least he is growing taller.

On Matt's birthday we had dinner at Jack's Place, Anchor Point. Birthday cake was redeemed from the Conrad Hotel. After dinner we went to Queensway Shopping Centre to buy his birthday presents - a badminton racket and a pair of shoes.

Dinner with TP classmates

I believe the 6 of us (Sree, Gilbert, Gloria, Hazel, Ezlin and myself) have the same common goal, that is to do well in all project assignments. So whenever there is a project assignment, the 6 of us will form a group. So far, we have done pretty well together ie. Management (Strategic Planning in setting up Fave Snackz = A), Legal Comm (Case Presentation & Legal Opinion Writing = 2As), Managing People (Project paper included Role Play on Counseling of Employee = B+) and Webpage Design (Setting up website of AianReads = B). Well, the 6 of us don't always agree on things but we try to compromise and come to a mutual agreement. We were hardworking and committed, except for maybe one. Somehow, I assumed the leader role and I ended up compiling everyone's notes and consolidating them into one. It was a lot of hard work but in the process I also learned a lot.

After the final exams, Sree, Gilbert, Hazel, Gloria and myself met up for a "makan" celebration at Tandoor Riverwalk Restaurant. It was northern Indian Buffet. There was a wide selection of food and it was value for money at $15 per head. In the end, Gilbert gave us all a treat! The last makan session we had was at Sakunthala, Little India. Then, it was a treat from Sree. The 5 of us clicked well and we had good fun together.

As we were leaving the restaurant, we bumped into Mr Deepak, our Criminal Law Lecturer.
