Run Singapore on 6 Sep/My birthday on 8 Sep

Bao Li and I took part in Run Singapore on Sun, 6/9/09. This is another fund raising event for the President's Challenge. President Nathan was there to flag off the runners.

What's interesting about this race is that we were running on the F1 track. As usual, the start/finish point was at the Padang.

I was glad that I was able to finish the race. I ran without stopping except to take photos at the F1 track. It was quite an experience.

On 8 Sep, I brought the kids to visit Gozde and her baby, Solely. Solely is 5 months old and her condition is quite similar to Amanda. She was born with bi-lateral cataracts, and had surgery done at 1 month old. I can understand how mum Gozde feels and what she is going through now. I hope that our visit has helped give her some hope that Solely will grow up to be a normal child.

After that, we went to Jumbo Seafood restaurant at East Coast to celebrate my birthday. I had a craving for chilli crab!

Blogger webpage problems

For some time now, I haven't been blogging. I couldn't update my blog because error messages keep appearing. Recently, I found out it was due to Kaspersky security and trusted sites. I thought I had managed to resolve the problem. Apparently not. The problem is intermittent. Wonder who can help me? Must get someone who is good with IT.
