1st Semester Exam results

Gloria smsed to me to say that she had received the exam results from TP. I quickly went down to check my letter box. I have received the result slip too. Thank God, I passed! I have scored 'A' for Legal Comms, and surprisingly a 'B' for Criminal Law, and 'C' for Legal Systems and Methods. I called Gloria to tell her. She did pretty well herself.

All the late nights (working to complete projects) and studying had paid off. I feel great!

Birthdays - Amanda, Christopher and Alvin

Amanda's 15th birthday wish came true! Papa bought her an apple nano to replace her old faulty one. And we celebrated the occasion with dinner at Marche, Vivo City.

I can still remember when Christopher was a naughty 3 year old. Today, he is a well behaved, matured and decent young man. How time flies!

Christopher invited the whole Chong clan to his home to celebrate his 21 years old birthday.

Alvin's birthday was a quiet affair. Probably because he was sick and grouchy that day. In the morning, we went to Pasir Ris Park to cycle. Bao Li, Jean and Larry were there too. Jean and Larry were parents volunteer at Bao Li's school, and they helped to organise a picnic for the school's scholars. We didn't stayed there long. After a while, we went to Serangoon Gardens for lunch at Tuk Tuk Thai restaurant.

SAC Class '79 Reunion

I can't believe that it has been 30 years since I left St Anthony's Convent Secondary School. I had lots of wonderful memories of my school days. So I was really looking forward to the class gathering. The last time we had this gathering was 10 years ago. See how time flies!

I had a wonderful afternoon chatting and laughing away with my classmates. It was so amazing that we could still recognize one another. Some faces never change!

This time, the organizing committee managed to invite 5 teachers, and one of them was Sister Christina. All of us were so happy to see her. She doesn't seem to age one bit. It was so sweet of her to dedicate a hymn to all of us.

Thank God I met Judy Yeo. She keeps in touch with Chiquita and would send me Chiquita's e-mail address. Hopefully, I can get in touch with my long lost childhood friend.

Guess what? In 4 year's time, my class Sec 4.1 will be organizing the class reunion.
