Great Eastern Women's Run - Race bib no. 8403

Here is a picture of my best friend, Phyllis (right) and myself. We took part in the Great Eastern Women's 5km run last Sunday, 21 October. It was my 2nd GE Women's run and my 3rd women running event this year (I took part in Aware women's run in March). I finished the race somewhere between 34 to 38 mins (last year's timing was 40-45 mins). My husband and kids were there to support and cheer me on. My poor darlings have to wake up at 6.45am that day. Amanda told Auntie Phyllis that she was forced against her will to wake up so early!

Now I have 3 race bibs stuck to my fridge as a reminder of my achievements. I am really proud of myself!
